Don’t know if any of the following will help since I’m an adult with possible LOCAH, but I’ll toss it out anyhow.

I’ve had vertiginous migraines pretty much non-stop for 5+ years now, and have recently started trying adrenal hormones.

Cortef makes my migraines (and sinuses) worse. Florinef reduces the migraines. But the real magic for me is prednisolone, which clears everything up, but docs won’t let me stay on it for more than a few weeks.

Another thing that helps reduce the migraines is thyroid hormone.
