I have surgery induced SWCAH. I had LOCAH before and had my adrenal glands taken out... but anyways.... I just wanted to say that after I had my adrenal glands taken out my occasional headaches turned into a once a week (if not more) thing. Especially when I am stressed or very fatigued I get horrible headaches. I also get headaches in the morning sometimes. I don’t know if its from too much or too little cortisone, I would imagine (for me) it is too little cortisone that causes it. Usually the only thing that helps is an extra dose of cortisone, a dark room, no noise, and sleep.  I had spinal menangitis when I was 17 (I am not 23) and the headache I had from that is similar to the headaches I get now, so I know they have gotten dramatically  worse from before I had my adrenal glands taken out.

Thats just my two cents... Take care, Amy
