FionaHi
Just ready that you say that low cortisol can give you headaches - I was told by one of my previous Endos to have my cortisone before I first get up. This means having a glass of water and the tablets on my bedside table and taking them when I first wake up or if I get up during the early hours of the morning then having them then and I find that I have no problems. This overcomes the problem that the body has of not having enough cortisol.
Hope this helps
Fiona
