My guess would be yes also. I was diagnosed at birth with SVCAH and although I never had premature puberty, the residents at the endo clinic would measure my breast development along with doing other things. So, that is the reason I think it has something to do with the CAH. I guess with less cortisol we wouldn’t have the suppression of the androgens and then when you get a replacement dose everything then would come in line.

I would also think that genetics might play a role here. If the women in the family aren’t that busty anyway then well maybe it just isn’t in the cards. I’m adopted so my only genetic connection that I really know about is the 11-Hydroylase Deficiency Classical Simple Virilizing Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. I do know that her last name was Goethals and that she was 5 feet 5 inches and 105 pounds so I’m shorter by 4 inches and I outweigh her by a lot. My Bio-father was 5 feet 6 inches and 160. I hope that I take after "dad??? " I wonder like you if whatever is going on if it’s related to the CAH or maybe that is just the way it was meant to be.

Back to the "girls" which I never thought much about because I developed along the same time as my classmates that didn’t have CAH. I was a 34b for a long time but now I’ve gone to 36b.

I took prednisone for 32 years and I know it’s my imagination but I swear that now that I’m on the hydrocortiosne it has caused an increase not only in breast size but in derriere size also.

Well, good luck and all this talk makes me want to shop at the Victoria’s Secret Semi-Annual Sale.
