Oh, I can so relate.  Our son is 18 months old and although he is still his loving, happy self, the last month has been long with these tantrums.  Mostly it’s about him wanting to do things himself.  I know many parents on here have mentioned emotional mood swings with their children when their levels are off, but I truly think we are just the proud parents of toddlers :)  -not that the levels couldn’t be off, but I know our son’s are fine & when we had his 15 month check-up with his pediatrician, one of the developmental questions he asked us was if he was having tantrums yet.  When we said yes, he was very pleased -I told him I’d call on him to babysit :)   Best wishes!
