fyi...I did some internet surfing and this is what I found:

Merck makes Decadron and it comes in a variety of tablet sizes

Par, Roxane, and Organon makes the generic Decadron - Dexamethasone.  Par and Roxane make the generic Decadron in many different tablet sizes.  Unfortuantely, if Organon only makes a 4mg tablet.  That would be a lot of chopping those tiny little pills...

Maybe if you are in a bind, you could possibly get a couple of the Decadron until the Dexamethasone from Par would arrive at the store.
