O9ur endo says not to stress dose for stress.  But I don’t agree.  Whenever we travel, my daughter gets sick.  Excitement doesn’t really get to her as long as she still gets enough sleep she’s okay.  When traveling, she refuses to sleep at all period!  ugh!  This last trip was a long drive 420 miles....we gave her just a little extra and she fought a cold for quite a while and then now she has a sore throat and a little cough.  Much beter than Llast time we made this trip, she had a 103 F fever the first day we were there!  Not enough sleep will do it every time.  She’s a big napper and sleeper.  Julia
