My 21 year old son, Kevin, has SWCAH. He has always been very moody. He can be the funniest person, then with little or no notice the bottom drops out and he is mad at the world.  He was seeing a counseler during high school and was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. I would sooner think it has something to do with hormone fluctuations due to his CAH. He says it (his anger) feels like a run away frieght train sometimes. He says he sometimes feels like he hates everybody and everthing. I worry about what this could mean as far as him being able to function in society and maintain a job.
