ReneeMy doctor always told me I never need to stress dose no matter what, but I’ve been reading here that many of you do, and that’s understandable. I was wondering though if you need to stress dose when exercising. I do aerobics and I run, when I do aerobics I’m fine, but when I run my heart rate gets incredibly high and I can barely go on no matter how much I want to even though muscle wise I don’t even feel it yet... I never really related it to the cah, just thought I had to do more cardiovascular activity, but it doesn’t improve much... I take .25mg of dex every night, but if I want to run every day I wouldn’t wanna stress dose every day :-/ Any ideas??
