Eric - My endo sends my labs to California - I believe there aren’t many labs that accurately test for 17-OHP. I live in Washington State. Yes - I believe the lab could make the difference - maybe find one who regularly tests 17-OHP. Mine always come back somewhat the same (unless there is a problem) they dont fluctuate wildly.
