Both of my girls (not biologically related) are hot/sweaty at night (only 1 has CAH). Just about all of my nieces and nephews, who are biologically related, with no CAH, sweat like crazy at night. They range in age from 5 to 25. All of my SIL’s have commented about this.

So while there could be a CAH aspect to it, it happens without CAH too.
