re: re: survey on night time sweating

I myself am an extremely hot sleeper, but witout the sweat. Somehow I maintain it or my body is used to my extreme temperature. My husband says he could cook and egg on my forehead at night I get so extremely hot. I don’t wake up feeling hot at all. I wonder if this has anything to do with that ciradium (sp?)chart thingy do we discussed earlier. I know your body temp. raises at a certain time of the day or night. Cortisol levels are supposed to be low at bedtime in anyone’s body. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. This is why I like to do these surveys. I like to find out if it is an every person thing, or if it is a CAH thing or is it a CAH for salt wasters, or CAH for non salt wasters, or is it an age thing. Why do older women get hot flashes? Isn’t it a hormone thing?  Thanks for the input!
