Susan A.Anne-Marie - I too use the elliptical (or whatever you call it). I love that thing - burns twice as many calories than the treadmill per the trainer I got started with. Ten minutes on that before I work on machines and I’m sweating and warmed up. I started at level 1 and now do level 4 - not hard on the joints or anything - just good exercise and I get my heart rate up to about 162.
