Your good!  162!  I never get that high unless I am doing intervals on there.  I prefer to do longer 45-50 minute sessions on it so I aim for between 130-150 BPM.  I used to do HITT cardio, (20 mins high intensity) but I read so much about it contributing to the stalling of fat loss I stopped doing it.  I did a lot of study on the hormone Leptin and its relationship with fat loss and I discovered that HITT cardio is that little bit more severe and causes leptin levels to dip markedly lot lower than if you were to do the longer low intensity type of cardio.  Same with drastic weight loss diets such as the induction phase of atkins.  They also cause the leptin levels to drop dramatically within the first two weeks on the diet thats why fat loss stalls and slows down on those diets.  For a long time I stuck with the diet.  Tried everything like going below 20 grams of carbs (stupid really as that probably caused a bigger stall up and lower leptin levels in the end) to raising the carbs and it didn’t really work on that diet.  Whereas they have found in a study done in one group of women dieting that a normal balanced diet with a week long break mid diet seemed to have dented leptin levels less enabling them to a little more fat than the ones on Atkins.   Once the leptin levels lower extremely it is thought that it can cause a type of diet and exercise induced hypothydroid condition and fat loss stalls big time when that happens.  The only way to fix that is to do a controlled carb up with low fat and high carb (just under maintenance calories) in the way of dextrose and maltodextrose type diet.  (Imagine me eating fruit loops and skimmed milk for breakfast and you will get the picture-lol).  That raises the leptin levels back up and your thydroid then starts to function properly again.  So now I cycle my diet and do low calories on one or two days and then carb ups mid week and one day on the weekend-mainly Saturday.    So it pays to take it slow and just make little changes and give yourself breaks from the diet with treats occasionally.  This is one of the reasons why I recently took a long break from everything also at Christmas and New Year.  Lol one big carb up for me, except I took in a lot of fat that I shouldn’t have.   To recharge my batteries and get my thydroid ticking over again.  I think that’s why my fat loss stalled anyway.
