Okay, Should we be having a CAT scan of our adrenals? I recently had an ultrasound of my abdomen and they tried to find the adrenals which the ultrasound tech said is very rare to see in adults. She saw half of one of mine. I think maybe because of the way the ribs are. She said in kids you can almost always see them. This kinda has me worried as I’ve been having back pain. They also said I had a small tumor on a kidney but didn’t say anything else. Should I be getting this checked? I have 17 hydroxylase CAH. I’m 38. Known since 6th grade and take cortef.
