My 3 3/4 year old daughter does not sweat, ever.  She gets hot but does not sweat, yet anyway.  At night she is very hot at first because she has been running around generating heat.  So I usually put on cotton jammies and turn the heat on to low in her room.  SHe has classical CAH.
