Anyone’s CAH child take meds for acid reflux??
Jan. 10th, 2004   10:02am

They have recently started my daughter on Zantac for acid reflux. She is 13 months old and is not happy about another medicine. We were told to give it at least 2 hours apart from her Cortef. In order to do that and since she is only awake approx. 12 hours a day--we have to give her some sort of med every 2 hours. And everything seems to stack up? The pharmacy said that the 2 shouldn’t interfere with each other, but the ped said they would. Anyone have any thoughts?? Also, does the Zantac need to be taken with meals, before or after??

Thanks
