I was reading some past postings. (some of which made me sick) I know how hard it is to raise children with swcah. Nobody wants to watch them (because they are scared) and they get sick a lot. Whoever it was that was thinking about applying for ssi DO IT! I get ssi for both of my swcah boys. It is great because they pay ALL medical costs. They also pay for all their meds too. One of my sons takes a med. that costs thousounds of dollars a month. I do not know what I would do without it. And please whoever you were that was posting neg. thoughts about this.....please ignore this. If you were turned down reapply you can get it. I hope this helped.
