Thanks for responding. Above is a link that might help. They gave this pamphlet in the very beginning. My two boys are SV (simple virilizing) CAH. Meaning they are classical CAH but they are not salt wasters. Your son may be a SV or a NC (non classic also late onset).

Does your son still see the endo on a regular basis. Do they do blood work on him? What does your endo say about a possible adrenal crisis?
