florinef reduces my headaches, dizziness, acne, and voicebox swelling

On .1 mg florinef daily, my
headaches reduced 80%
dizziness reduced 10%
acne reduced 90%
voicebox swelling reduced 70%
It’s amazing stuff for me. I’d still like to get the dizziness reduced further. Given the success with florinef, is there some other med I should also try? (BTW, cortef makes me worse.)
