Jenny headaches can be related to CAH - there are too many people both adults and children who suffer them, that have CAH for them not to be.  My son who is 16 now has had headaches all his life, we have found they are from low cortisol levels. Headaches can be caused from low cortisol or even high cortisol.  I went to a CAH conference in London and the doctors there all agreed that headaches can be caused by CAH.  I was shocked at the amount of people who had CAh and suffered headache! Has your son had a 24 hour profile done to check his cortisol levels? Is he drinking enough fluids?  Good luck and I hope your son feels better soon.
