I do not have CAH, but my son does.  I suffer from depression; however, I take paxil and it really helps.  I used it for about a year, and got off and was fine while not working, but once i went back to work (I teach) I needed it again.  I have lots of anxiety with my depression.  Anyway, I feel so much better on med. that I’m willing to take it forever, and my doc. says if you have to then you just do. So try the antidepr.
