Steve I am sorry to read of your problems.  I would be very interested in your experiences - diagnosis, symptoms and what causes you suffer these problems.  What dose and  meds do you take?  Sorry to ask all these questions - my interest is genuine and has nothing to do with SSI etc.  Thanks and wishing you all the best!
