my 4 week old son takes 7ml of normal saline (the irrigant) with each feed as a supplement. if he doesnt drink the whole bottle, the endo says thats ok. its just a supplement. he is also currently on .3 of florinef every day. hopefully that dose will decrease as he gets a little older.
