my little girl (now 4 months) has CAH, the salt losing type. She also needs sodium and i found that she takes it best when i dilute it in non-alcoholic gripe water.. i mix 1g of salt in approx. 3.5mls of the Telament Gripe Water and i squirt a little into her mouth before every feed.. she takes it like a charm.. hope this helps
