Florinef vs. generic flornief
Jan. 21st, 2004   12:38pm

Hi...I just got the florinef refill for my boys and I wanted to make sure I am still using the brand Flornief not the generic. On the bottle it says florinef acetate. I called the mail order pharmacy and asked if this was the generic or the brand specific and they said that it was not the generic.

The pill is white, smaller than the cortef pill and it says Squibb with a number on it. Is this what the brand specific pill should look like? I remember some of you who posted problems with the generic version.

Thanks,

Sandra
