My sister gave birth to her first child, a daughter, last week.  She was diagnosed with CAH about 2 hours after birth (blood tests confirmed it within 3 days).  I have read the postings on SSI, but I have a question about Medicaid.  Does anyone here qualify for Medicaid?  How do you go about applying?

My sister lives in the state of GA.
