My 7 yo sswcah daughter has terrible stomach problems!  She had a scope done this fall and they found no ulcer or underlying disease/infection but said her heartburn and reflux was probably due to her cortef.  They stressed the importance of giving her meds with milk or food.  Hope this helps!
