I was given the suppositories at my last Endo visit for my Granddaughter. Seems that the vial of medicine is getting harder and harder to find and they are using the suppositories in place of them. I have been given a prescription for emergencys. I live in Virginia Beach. I also would be interested in the differences in the meds . Hope this helps. Cherry
