Yes I have used the suppositories on my Granddaughter. Although, I must admit she was not a willing patient EVEN at three. LOL She did very well on them when she could not keep her meds down and it was much easier than the shot. The comfort of knowing her meds were staying in her system was well worth the struggle. LOL
