3monthold taking hydrocortisone-concerned about dose

My 3 mo. old baby girl SWCAH has been on hydrocortisone since she was in NICU. Her dose was 5mg/2.5cc, 3 times/day plus florinef 1mg once daily. She was on this dose for 9 weeks.  On her last visit the endo. stated "she’s starting to look a little cushy".  She tapered her meds: Hydrocortisone 1.25cc/3 times a day X2 weeks (which is 7.5mg per day), then 0.6cc/3 times a day (which is 3.5mg per day).  The baby was born with alot of hair to begin with but lately I’ve noticed her mustache area is darker and there’s peach fuzz like hair on her pubic area, that worries me.  Her height was stunted a little too, but the doctor said she will catch up and when she’s awake she’s fussy but very alert and her body movements are tight kind of restless.  I get the feeling her body is not relaxed.  Should I be concerned or am I just overreacting?  Are these signs that she was on too much cortisone at the start? Does she mean signs of oversuppression? I hate myself for not asking her then.  Our next appoint is in March.   I am so overwhelmed with all there is about CAH that I feel like I’m looking at  my daughter with a magnifying glass.  Do any of the meds for CAH affect the brain in any way?  I’m new at all this and I get so overwhelmed by it all, I would appreciate any advise. thanks
