TeresaHi Adriana,
I totally agree with Judy, especially about doing more blood tests on your baby to determine levels and ensure they’re getting the correct dosages. Our baby girl has SWCAH (she is now 20 mths old) and was given blood tests every week, then every two weeks, when she was very young until her body started ’leveling off’ and then it was monthly and now every three months. In those first few months, her body was always changing and growing (obviously!!) and her meds were continuously changing as her body grew. She’s always been very healthy and is taller than average for her age. I think more tests are done when they are younger because this is the time in their lives when their bodies are growing at the fastest rate.
I’d definately have another blood test sooner rather than later. Hope everything works out alright with your daughter.
