After I made an effort not to associate sex with all those genital exams as a kid, vaginal orgasms became easier to have. It’s faint but at least it’s something : ) Lots and lots of foreplay seems to make a difference also. Sorry that I can’t help about the other one because all I have is a gash left from the clitoridectomy.
