Adrenal Hyperplasia

Hi,

My name is Elisa and I am 39 years old and I have had Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia since day 1.  I am 4 feet 9 inches tall and I found out that I have Osteopenia through a bone density test.  I have always drank milk but found out that cortisone depletes the body of calcium.  I am taking 7mg of cortisone in the morning and 5 mg at night.  I am wondering about the long term effect  of taking cortisone so long?  I would also like to get rid of the stomach pouch that I have?  Will going on a low carb diet help or decreasing the morning dose by 2 mg?
