I agree with Eric. I have found it helpful to look at my whole lifestyle. Be careful of the low carb diets... our bodies need carbos, maybe looking at the source of our carbs would be more helpful. Consider getting your calcium and other nutrients from fruits and veggies instead of milk products. I have read alot recently of how our bodies absorb the calcium from fruit and veggies easier than milk products.
