hi there! i have 2 girls, both non-cah’ers. my 6 week old son does have cah. my oldest girl is 4 and i distinctly remember a phase when she was 3 like this. had to go potty, get juice, something every night. now that she is 4, when she wakes up she will actually verbalize she had a bad dream. i believe those episodes when she was 3 were related to dreams, but she couldn’t identify them at that age. hope this helps!
