We have a 3 month old boy with cah.  Since his birth we have begun to wonder if our 6 and 8 year old daughters may have late-onset cah.  What is the best way to diagnose?  One endo. said to do a x-ray of their wrist, another said to test the 17 ohp.  What about doing an ACTH stimulation test?
