She was 10, had a bone age advancement of 2 years. She had a little acne breakout and the hair on her upper lip began to darken. She did have pubic hair and had a lot of hair on her legs. Actually her legs had been hairy for quite some time.
Anyway I had both of my children tested, just because I found out that the condition could be inherited. Daughter has it son does not.
I have late onset cah. But I developed pubic hair at age 5, hairy legs age 8-9, started to develop a mustache at age 14-15, dxed at age 25. Hope that helps. Would be better for the doc to do the stim test, not all CAH affects the boneage. I think 17 hydroxylase and 3 beta do not affect boneage.
