I know I have posted about this before but I am looking for another discussion.  I can’t find it on the board but recently Risty was asking about kidney stones.  I am SUFFERING from kidney stones.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I have 2 girls with ssw cah.  In all of my blood and urine tests, I have very high cortisol levels.  I am currently passing a kidney stone - AGAIN!  The last time I was at the hospital for one (a few weeks ago) they told me there are so many stones in my kidneys they didn’t even count them.  My nephrologist and urologist have told me that a diuretic and florinef could help my situation but my blood pressure is so low these meds make me faint.  I feel like there is no hope for me.  I have 2 girls who need their mommy full time!  I cannot take the meds they give me to make it through the pain but cannot tolerate the pain, so it feels like a no win situation.  My docs don’t seem to feel like it is a pressing matter to dig deeper into a solution.  I think it is of the utmost importance to figure this out and reduce my stones.  I am passing stones an average of 1 every 2 weeks.  This is incredibly painful!  Remember your ureters are the size of a coffee stirrer.  My stones are at least 2 mm.  :(   Any information anyone has would be incredibly helpful to me!  Thank you so much!
