Tonia my brother in law just came out of hospital on Wednesday after being admitted with a kidney stone.  He did actually pass the stone but was in agony and was put onto morphine to help with the pain.  The doctors said to him that if he had more stones they could operate to remove them so he would not have to pass them.  I am not sure what the surgery entails but it’s worth looking into since you seem to have so many stones.  Go back and hassle your doctor until he listens to you.  If he won’t listen go and get a second opinion.  It’s you that has to go through all the pain and you have a right to get the best treatment possible.
