I have raised a son with swcah for 24 years and he is doing wonderful.  I feel for you that it is hard in the beginning.  We had alot of hospital stays at first and were lucky we live close to wonderful hospital.  Just learn to read your baby and know how they are feeling.  There was many of times I took mine in cause he wasnt smiling and would find a high blood presure and take 10 more days in hospital to get it under control again.   But with all the things we went threw it was great.  Find a doctor that will listen to you and you trust cause it makes the difference.  Son is getting married in april to a wonderful girl and both will be finished with college.  good luck and our prays are with you.  From Michigan
