Son with Salt Wasting CAH- 7 Years old- Heavy Exercise- MORE MEDS?

My Son Lucas was diagnosed at 12 days old.  There was one other boy born in the town where I am from and he died before he was diagnosed.

My question is this:  Lucas is very active in sports.  I have asked his doctor if there are any supplements he should be taking to protect his bones.  The doctor said no.  Lucas is one of the best players on his team, but seems to tire out way before the other kids.  He sweats more and just seems to get tired.  I have asked his doctor if I should give him more cortef or Florinef before exercise.  He tells me it should not be needed.  He is taking Cortef 5mg 3X/day and Florinef .05mg 2x/day.  I have heard of people giving their children salt water but have never been instructed to do this.  Does anyone know about the effects of exercise on these kids and if more medication could be needed?
