my 4 month old daughter with SWCAH that was diagnosed at birth has started eating solids since she was 31/2 months. She has suddenly changed from a good sleeper into a nightmare.. from having an 8hr sleep at night without a feed she used to wake up every 2hrs until i started her on solids and now she wakes every 3hrs instead. She takes salt everyday as well and is on 5mg HCT daily. She is a very very active and playful little baby who has very little sleep during the day and is up at 3am every morning ready to start her day.. it is getting extremely tiring for my husband and myself.

after reading someones’ advice last week i changed her evening dose to .5mg HCT and upped her midday dose... that has seemed to help alot.. the last 2 nights she has slept for 6hrs without a feed. She seems to be hungry alot in the day and loves her food and i think that she eats a lot for a 4 month old... Could it be that she needs less than the recomended dose of HCT??

please help!!
