My daughter who is 7 months old is svcah. She too seems to not need much sleep!! To bed around 9pm and up between 4-5 am with 3 SHORT naps during the day. She is on 1mg hydrocortisone 3 times a day.......I always wondered if the meds kept her from sleeping better.

I thought about upping afternoon dose and lowering evening dose, but since she doesn’t take high dosage, didn’t know if it would help. Getting up at 4 am is getting the best of me since can’t really nap during day since she doesn’t sleep long enough for a nap!!!
