You mentioned that the doctors think he could go into puberty at any time now.  Does this concern them?  I ask because my son too is 9.  I was told that if he were to ever start showing signs of puberty now they would just let it run it’s course.  I was told that it takes 4 years for puberty to fully complete and that 9 to start would be a bit early for a boy but that it wasn’t out of the question either.
