My 2 boys are 14years & 15 years old and both have swcah since they have been 3&4 we have been going to either different parts of Europe and also to the USA. I always make sure I take extra medication and also their injection kits and so far (touch wood) we have never had any problems, the only thing I make them do is to drink plenty of liquids.

I make sure that I take out travel insurance but I can take this out at anytime before we go on holiday. Here in the UK the insurance companies do not charge any extra because they are not allowed to discriminate anyone who has a congenital condition.
