Hi Everyone,

Posting to say, I have a tentitive date for a get together in Austin. I am thinking maybe 1st weekend in June. I need to know from everyone how many, who’s planning on spending weekend in Austin(I will check out hotels), ideas about a meal- do you want me to have it catered or have packed picnic meals?

I am planning on sending note to the list of people I have, but waiting to talk to Kelly Light to add more names.

My plan is to have it at a neat park in Austin that has things to do for whole family. I will make reservations as soon as I know approx how many people.
