Thanks for the info. I thought about checking with Jason’s Deli or Subway to see about sponsoring.....maybe a few others. I thought it would be easier if every family packed a picnic for themselves. I would provide/get sponsor for tea, lemonade sugar etc.... Also,  I am going to provide desserts......what do you think?

I am going to research hotels in area for those who choose to stay overnight. Maybe get a group discount.

I am waiting on Kelly to call me back..she was out of town until yesterday. She does have other names to add. As soon as I hear from her, I will be sending out a note to see what kind of response I get. I am not going to make too many arrangements until I hear some response.
