As a mother of a non saltwaster (4 month) old son; I have so many questions.  Have you had many "crisis" over the years?  Do you take florinef as well?  During illness or strenuous activity do you tend to dehydrate quickly?  My baby is on a very high dose of cortef and we still can not get his 17 ohp under control.  They think he might be metabolizing the medicine very quickly.  This makes me worry about how he is feeling when his cortisol drops down very low before his next dose.  How do you take in your medicine (three times a day or more)? 

I apologize for all the questions.  As I am finding out it is so not an exact science and talking to others (especially an adult non-saltwasting male) ads invaluable information.  Thank you so much!!!!
