It keeps happening.  Both of my SWCAH kids are not being suppressed well on the Cortef tabs.  We checked labs a month ago and they were elevated, so we increased the dose and did repeat labs this past week.  Still elevated.  Our endo mentioned that perhaps my kids are fast metabolizers and we need to switch to a longer lasting med like prednisone.  Anyone have any experience with this with their kids?  My kids are both 7-one boy, one girl.
